About Us
The Dunmore Area Education Foundation (DAEF) is both a public non-profit 501(C)(3) corporation and an approved Educational Improvement Organization (EIO) as designated by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
Mission Statement
The Dunmore Area Educational Foundation’s mission is to harness Dunmore’s passion for our community to support and improve our children’s education. Our goal is to provide resources to help enhance the quality of the educational environment and programs within the Dunmore School District. The Foundation funds scholarships and initiatives to support the unique needs, interests, and talents of our students from the first day of kindergarten through their high school graduation. The programs we support are designed to challenge and support students in ways that traditionally fall outside of the regular school curriculum and funding process.
